Paper Submission

General Information for Paper Submission

Regular session papers form the core of the Convergent AI 2026 technical program.

  • Length: Papers must be no longer than 12 pages, including all text, figures, and references. Submissions that do not comply with the required Springer format, exceed the 12-page limit, or clearly fall outside the scope of Convergent AI 2026 may be rejected without review.

  • Abstract: The abstract should be about 100-150 words.

  • Subject Area: All papers must indicate a Primary Subject Area to be appropriately reviewed.

  • Review: Paper submissions are reviewed by experts selected by the conference committee for their demonstrated knowledge of conference topics. Regular Session papers are reviewed in the same way and are subject to the Convergent AI 2026 main conference acceptance rates.

  • Dual submissions: By submitting a manuscript to Convergent AI 2026, the authors guarantee that it has not been previously published (or accepted for publication) in substantially similar form. Furthermore, no paper that contains significant overlap with this paper's contributions has been or will be submitted to a journal or conference during the Convergent AI 2026 review period.

  • Presentation guarantee: By submitting the paper, the authors guarantee that if the paper is accepted, it will be presented at the conference by one of the authors, except in case of emergency as determined by the Technical Co-Chairs. Furthermore, the presenter must register for the conference at one of the non-student rates and do so before the author registration deadline. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program.

Authors should carefully follow the official Springer instructions and use one of the templates provided below:

Publication and Indexing

Accepted and presented papers that successfully complete the publisher’s final review will be published by Springer Nature in the Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) series, in partnership with the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI).

The LNICST proceedings are indexed in major academic databases, including Scopus, EI Compendex, and DBLP. Further information about the series is available on the Springer Nature LNICST webpage and the EAI conference publication webpage.

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Convergent AI 2026 Technical Program Committee. Papers recommended for acceptance will subsequently be subject to final editorial, technical, ethical, formatting, and quality-compliance checks by EAI and Springer Nature.

Indexed in: Scopus EI Compendex DBLP

Conference acceptance and presentation do not automatically guarantee publication. EAI and Springer Nature reserve the right to exclude any paper that does not satisfy their publication standards and requirements. Inclusion of individual papers in indexing databases is also subject to the independent evaluation and policies of the respective indexing services.
